I was expecting quite a bit from this board, as it has all the classic ingredients of a solid freestyle board – traditional camber, stiff flex, small setback and a progressive sidecut. It’s pretty aggressive so not for the beginner.Nate is passionate about and loves learning new things everyday about snowboarding, particularly the technical aspects of snowboarding gear. And a traditional camber with no taper and minimal setback? Take it to the biggest jumps, point it down the steepest pistes or just plough it through the afternoon slush, the ATV makes light work of the most demanding terrain. If you like to really carve up the slopes, get your elbows in the snow and feel the wind rush past your ears – then you’re going to have a great time doing it on the ATV.It’s also really well suited for the pipe if you like to go in there. Those who like the traditional bend will love what’s on offer here; those who don’t will find trouble. The ATV is a straight-up, tip to tail camber – and quite an aggressive one at that. It does have that little bit of a setback, but it's not huge and otherwise there's nothing else that really helps it out in powder - it hasn't got a massive nose - there's no rocker in the profile and there's no taper.
