Any member of the Disciplinary Appeals Committee may resign from office by giving prior notice in writing to the General Committee. "Registrar" means the officer responsible for the maintenance of such registers or sub-registers as are required by these Articles as may be appointed by the General Committee from time to time. When a meeting is adjourned for thirty days or more notice of the adjourned meeting shall be given as in the case of an original meeting.
